Return Policy

At basketball-jersey.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your item(s), you may return them for a full refund (less shipping/handling charges) within 30 days after the date you receive the items. Please note that to be eligible for a full refund, all items must be in brand new condition and returned in the original packaging.

Note: 

Items discounted more than 40% and customized jerseys are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Returns requested within 30-60 days of receipt can be returned for a store credit (Cash Coupon).

Exchange Policy:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, you should follow the standard return procedure listed above. Return the unwanted item(s), receive a refund, and then place a new order for the desired replacement item(s).

Due to the nature of our business, this is the most efficient means by which an exchange can take place; we cannot otherwise guarantee that your requested replacement item would be in stock by the time we receive your return.

Please note that the processing of your return or exchange may take 7-10 business days upon receipt of your returned items in our warehouse.
